The mobile library comes to Waterville every second Tuesday, the next scheduled visit is Tuesday 8th November. The library will be in Spunkane from 1.45pm-2.15pm and Waterville Community Centre from 2.20pm2.55pm. Please avail of this valuable service.

IRISH LANGUAGE PLAN

The Irish Language Plan which will determine the future of the Iveragh Gaeltacht is now in place and the initial steps have been taken to implement the recommendations of that plan. For the plan is to succeed the involvement from the entire Gaeltacht community will be required. To give the Gaeltacht community an opportunity of finding out what is in the plan, an official launch of the Language Plan will take place in the Halla Pobail in Ballinskelligs on Friday night 15th November @ 7.30.Everyone welcome.
