Christmas craft workshops at Tralee Bay Wetlands Centre

-

TRALEE Bay Wetlands Centre is hosting its Christmas crafting camp and workshop for children. This is a great way to make the Christmas period fun and stress-free with a festive crafts workshop for children. It’s a chance to merge ‘Christmas’ and ‘creativity’ together, while it even gives parents a break to do some Christmas Shopping!

The workshops run from 10am-12pm on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th of December, and also on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th at Tralee Bay Wetlands Centre’s ‘Eco & Activity Park’. Participants at the workshops will enjoy making and decorating some unique and beautifully designed seasonal crafts that will look good on your Christmas tree. They can also make beautiful wreaths, festive snow globes or design some cute cards. The ‘camp creations’ will make fabulous and unique Christmas gifts for presents and the joy that comes from knowing the kids designed them (kids can even wrap their gifts on the day).

Workshops will use recycled and natural materials, where possible, in an attempt to help the environment. This is good to know when having fun and making your own decorations and personalised gifts. The workshops are ideal for kids interested in art and creativity and are suitable for children aged 5 and upwards. Parents are also welcome to join in on the fun, or why not ‘drop and shop!’? You can drop the children off at 10am and pick them up at 1pm after your shopping.

An experienced team of camp leaders will do the rest and guarantee to provide fun and laughter. To book a place call: 066 7126700. You may also purchase a ticket on Eventbrite info@ traleebaywetlands.org
