DEATHS

The death has taken place of Patcheen O’Connor, Knockroe, Mastergeehy. His remains were removed from the Fitzgerald Funeral Home to Our Lady of the Valley Church, Killeenliath on Monday 9th December. His Funeral Mass will took place on Tuesday and was followed by burial in Dromod Cemetery. Patcheen is survived by his wife Cáit; son Patsy; daughters Kathy, Mary, Eileen, Christine, Joanne & Niamh; daughter-in-law, sons-inlaw; his 13 grandchildren; sister Maura Houlihan; brother Mickey O’Connor; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends to whom we offer our sincere sympathy.

Sincere sympathy to Patsy O’Shea, Tarmons on the death of her mother Sheila Murphy, Castlecove whose funeral Mass and burial took place on December the 7th.

Sympathy from Waterville Bridge Club to Mary Frances and Steve Greene, Kilmackerin on death of her sister Kathleen O’Connell, nee O’Sullivan of Teernahilta who was buried in Relig Chill Fhaoláin, Caherciveenon Thursday last.

CHRISTMAS DAY SWIM

The Annual Christmas Day Swim takes place at 11am at the Golf Links Beach- all welcome to participate. If anyone would like a sponsorship card they are available from An Corcan with all proceeds going to the Community Christmas Party.
