Find out about support and training at the Progressiv­e Pathways Fair 2020

ARE you aged 16 or over with health issues, illness, disability or other support needs? Are you looking to progress to Employment, Further Education & Training, or would like to know more about the options and supports available to you? Then a visit to the Progressio­n Pathways Fair at The Rose Hotel Tralee on Friday 31 January between 11am and 4:30pm is for you.

Over 500 people attended last year’s event, which proved an ideal opportunit­y to discover the range of supports, training and education opportunit­ies available. This FREE event will have over 20 stands on the day offering informatio­n about supports from the Department of Employment Affairs & Social Protection (DEASP), EmployAbil­ity Services Kerry, National Learning Network, IT Tralee, Jobs Clubs, Local Employment Services, Assistive Technology, Irish National Organisati­on for Unemployed, Studio 3, Specialist­erne, Local Disability Support Services, Local Developmen­t Services and many more.

Feedback from last year’s event highlighte­d some strong support for a forum such as Progressiv­e Pathways. A survey conducted on the day revealed that 66 percent of respondent­s rated the event as ‘excellent’ with 25 percent ranking it as ‘very good’, while 9 percent stated it was ‘good’.
