-

KILLORGLIN-BASED fin-tech firm Fexco is this week taking part in a major international conference in Dublin.

The International Payments and FX providers are exhibiting at the National Manufacturing and Supply Chain Exhibition and Conference 2020, which will be held at the Citywest Exhibition Centre, Dublin today (Wednesday) and tomorrow.

The event is expected to welcome over 7,000 visitors and will bring together an impressive line-up of manufacturing leaders, academics and government agencies who will engage in a stimulating blend of key note addresses and debates.

Fexco will be represented by Billy Farrell, National Sales Manager of the company’s Corporate Payments division; and Helena O’Dwyer, Business Development Manager .

As well as saving companies money on foreign-exchange payments, Fexco provides a seamless payment solution which reduces administrative burdens and provides visibility into cash flow, so vital for the manufacturing sector.

Speaking ahead of the event, Mr Farrell explained why an efficient payments system can provide significant benefits for businesses.

“In the manufacturing sector, supplier payments represent a significant percentage of outgoings. Business success and an efficient supplier payments process go hand in hand, especially where an integrated supply chain is so essential for daily operations,” he said.
