The community of Castlemaine sends its best wishes to Jimmy Counihan (Brackhill, Castlemaine) who is a pillar of the local area and who recently underwent a medical procedure in hospital. We are glad to hear he is on the mend and we look forward to seeing him out and about again in the near future.

Fixture: Castlemaine United took on Mid Kerry opposition on Sunday last, January 26th in Castlemaine Community Sportsfield in the form of Killorglin A.F.C and triumphed on a 3-0 scoreline thanks to goals from Wayne Coffey (2) and Ciaran O’Connor (1). This result keeps them in the hunt for promotion in 2nd place two points off the leaders with two games in hand.
DINNER DANCE FUNDRAISER
Dinner Dance in aid of Castlemaine Community Centre Renovation Works takes place on Sunday, February 16th at 1:00pm in Castlemaine Community Centre.
