GET WELL WISHES: The club sends its good wishes to all those in our community who are presently un-well. We wish you all a speedy recovery to full health. REGISTRATI­ON: Our club registrati­on evening takes place on Wednesday February 26th, for all those wishing to play football with our club this year, from the Milltown/Castlemain­e area, as well as those wishing to join as adult members. All players must be registered in Croke Park by March 31st. Further details available on our website and FB Page SCOR NA BPAISTÍ QUIZ TEAM SELECTION: On Monday February 24th at 7 p.m. in the clubhouse, we will hold a quiz to select a team to represent our club in the up-coming Scór Tráth Na gCeist. Children must be attending primary school and be a member of Milltown Castlemain­e GAA Club. Four team members (with the highest score) and two subs will be selected. Medals and goodie bags for participan­ts. Bígí ann, Bígí linn!

FIXTURES: Storm Denis caused a lot of fixtures to be cancelled over the past weekend. Please keep an eye on our website and FB page for details regarding fixtures and other club events, including registrati­on evening, swap shop and Club Fundraiser-Taking The Mic! County Minor League Division 5 Round 1 sees Milltown Castlemain­e B take on Listowel Emmets on Saturday February 22nd at 3.30. Please come along to the Paddy Burke Memorial Park and give your support. Following that, they are away to Beale on Saturday February 29th.

Senior Mid Kerry League Round 5 sees our senior team take on Laune Rangers, at The Track at 11 am. on Sunday February 23rd . Round 4 versus Keel has been set for March 1st. They begin their Senior Co. League competitio­n with a home game v Currow on March 8th.

MID TERM: We wish all the students and educationa­l staff an enjoyable mid-term. Enjoy a well-deserved break and we hope you will return refreshed and enthused.

MILLTOWN CASTLEMAIN­E’S GAA CLUB FUNDRAISER ‘TAKING THE MIC’ Our 4th act has been revealed- Emir, Muireann, Philip and Dave (and the nameless pink guitar!) who are going under the umbrella of The Executive. They join Eduardo, Marion’s Hair Studio, Milltown and Milltown Castlemain­e Mothers and Others. Rehearsals will commence next week! Can’t wait!! KERRY SENIOR LADIES: Go neirí an tádh le Ciara Murphy, Ella Teahan and Caoimhe Evans from our community, along with the Kerry senior ladies panel, who are looking for their 4th consecutiv­e victory on Sunday morning next, at 11 a.m. in Fitzgerald Stadium. Their opponents are Tyrone. Congratula­tions to Ciara who won player of the match last weekend. Maith thú Ciara.

Best of luck to Peter Keane and the Kerry Senior men’s panel when they take on Meath at 1 p.m. also in Fitzgerald Stadium on Sunday. Ciarraí Abú!

31 CARD DRIVE: We had some more new faces at our Progressiv­e 31 Card Drive on Tuesday last. Why not join us on this Tuesday in Nagle Rice Community Centre at 9.00 pm for some great cards -whilst enjoying Barry’s Tea and Larkins Brack! Friends to be made, cards to be played and fantastic prize money to be won!

ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE: We are looking forward to seeing as many of our club members walk with the club in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
