Gianna Care is an organisati­on that supports expectant mothers and their babies. You can help by donating nappies, wipes, baby clothes and products to be left in the baskets in St John’s Church, Tralee, in Curraheen church and in the Parish Centre at St Mary’s Cathedral in Killarney.

KILLEENTIE­RNA YOUTH CLUB

On Friday last February 14th, 101 Club Members attended the Killarney No Name Club’s Valentines Disco, and had a great night out. Leaders in charge on the night were Bridget O’Shea, Maeve Leane, Erin O’Connor, Lorna O’Shea, Rachel O’Connor, Rebecca Walsh, Fiona Nelligan McGuire, Laura O’shea and Moss Leane. There will be no Club this Friday night February 21st as we are closed for the Mid Term Brake. There will be no Club on Friday Feb 28th as the Club will be travelling to Castlebar on Saturday Feb 29th to the Mayo V Kerry National League Match. On Tuesday February 25th names and Deposits will be taken for this trip in the Hall in Currow between 8.30 and 9.p.m. Only those who pay a Deposit on the night will be able to go to the Match. CURROW CURRANS LADIES FOOTBALL CLUB

The new year will kick off for our Senior Ladies Team on Sunday March 1st, when we will face Annascaul/Castlegreg­ory in Currow in the First round of the County League. Our Ladies will be Playing in Division 4 this year and their second game will be on March 16th away to Kerins O’Rahilly’s.
