If you are willing to take part in putting together a comprehensive picture of mobile phone coverage problems in the locality, please contact the Taskforce via s.grant@udaras.ie with your contact details and eircode. Using a free App called ‘Signal Strength’ to record signal strength at home / work a few times daily, your information will be used to put together an overall picture of the coverage and in particular to highlight areas where improvements need to be made. This detail can then be used to inform discussions with service providers in an effort to bring about those improvements. Go raibh míle maith agat as do chabhair leis an obair thábhachtach seo!

On behalf of Tascfhórsa Ghaeltacht Uíbh Ráthaigh, Údarás na Gaeltachta is compiling an inventory of residences and commercial premises that are available, or might become available, for long-term renting or leasing.
Táimid ag cur an liosta seo le chéile mar pháirt den bplean chun an daonra cónaithe lán-aimseartha a mhéadú agus chun cur le líon na bpostanna agus na ngníomhaíochtaí atá sa cheantar, de réir Plean Gníomhaíochta Tascfhórsa Uíbh Ráthaigh.
We are compiling this inventory as part of the drive to increase the full-time resident population and the number of jobs and enterprises in our locality in line with the objectives of the Iveragh Gaeltacht Taskforce Strategic Plan.

Sí aidhm Tascfhórsa Uíbh Ráthaigh ná fáilte a chur roimh 10 chlann nua chun na háite laistigh de 3 bhliain chun leigheas a fháil ar na dúshláin soc-eacnamaíochta agus daonra atá sa cheantar. Our aim is to welcome 10 families to the area within 3 years, in an effort to deal with the socio-economic challenges and population decline of the Iveragh Gaeltacht.
