A successful June for IAM Sold Property Auctions

IAM Sold offered a large number of properties via its three successful online auctions held in June with properties selling across Connacht, Munster and Leinster.

Physical viewings took place with precaution­s in place and the company is in a unique position during the current circumstan­ces to handle sales via its online bidding platform. Buyers can view legal documents before bidding and once satisfied they can bid via the online auction.

The platform also allows for contracts to be exchanged online making the transactio­n as easy as possible within the current crisis.

At the Munster Property Auction, held on June 11, over 30 properties were offered for sale, one of which was an excellentl­y refurbishe­d two-bedroom detached cottage located close to Firies, Killarney, that sold in partnershi­p with Walsh O’Sullivan Tralee, for €62,000 to a delighted new owner.
