CHURCH RESTORATION
It is estimated that the entire work will be completed shortly after the builders’ holidays are finished early August. I take the opportunity to thank all who have so far made contributions to the work as requested.
A considerable number of parishioners have made the full contribution in one payment. Others are using the envelopes supplied. I thank also those from both Sooey and Gleann areas who have made very generous contributions.
Parishioners have already been made aware of the considerable cost of the project so I appeal to one and all to respond by making their contributions in whatever way they choose. Standing Order Forms are available for making payments on a regular basis or these payments may be made electronically and directly through the banks.
Next weekend is the final weekend of July so parishioners are asked to ensure that the Restoration Envelope is included in the collections of Saturday night/ Sunday.
