Road works this week across the county
WORKS associated with the N17 Realignment Thornhill Bridge & Cloonacurra Overlay Contract 2015 will be suspended for 1 week from the evening of Friday 29th July on the N17 National Primary Road between Ballynacarrow North and Cloonacurra townland.
Motorists are reminded that a 50 kph speed limit remains in place over the full extents of the roadworks site. Works are expected to restart on Monday 8th August 2016 and last for a further 4 weeks.
Essential repair works are being carried out on behalf of Transport Infrastructure Ireland at Cartronmore Bridge, Drumcliffe on the N15 National Primary Road. Verge trimming will take place on the N15 National Primary Road from Bunduff southwards to Sligo Town. Traffic Management will be in place and delays may be expected. Motorists to exercise caution. Works expected to last one week. Major road works ongoing on Finisklin Road, Sligo. Works involve provision of a new watermain, road widening, surfacing works, footpaths and accommodation works. Traffic management is in place. Delays expected over the coming weeks.
