SLIGO LIVE

Sligo Live, the county’s foremost folk, root and indie music festival, returns at the end of October, in an event that’s well worth waiting for.

The festival, which runs from 26th October – 31st October, has already announced some of the acts that will be performing, and there are a number of treats in store.

Perhaps the highlight of the announced acts so far is The Saw Doctors, one of Ireland’s best loved and most memorable performers.

Wherever the Saw Doctors bring their musical talents, you know the room is going to be rocking.

They come to the Knocknarea Arena on Sunday the 30th October 2016, and tickets are available to buy. It will be worth snapping one up early, as this event is not to be missed.

Paul Brady comes to the Hawk’s Well Theatre on Friday 28th October, and the veteran performer will be captivating Sligo audiences as part of the festival.

Check the website for the full list of announced acts, including the Martin O’Connor Trio and RANT and Lynched, where tickets are available.

Keep an eye on the festival’s Facebook page as more events are scheduled and buy your tickets from www. sligolive. ie.
