FREE COMPUTER COURSES

Free Computer Courses are starting in September in the Depot, available to anyone who is working full or part time. The course will cover the Internet, email and Microsoft Office. Computers for Farmers will also be available and will include Basic Computers, Internet and email, Dept. of Agricultur­e Online Services and Basic Farm Records. PARISH NOVENA

Killenumme­ry Killery Parish are holding their parish Novena in St Theresa’s Church Ballintogh­er starting on Sunday September and finishing on Tuesday, October 4.

MEN’S SHED

The Men’s Shed, Geevagh are contemplat­ing organising classes in Home Skills. The first class would involve Butter making and baking brown bread and scones plus a talk on further classes on the skills of silk painting, knitting, weaving etc. To see if these classes are feasible, the shed would like those interested to contact them as soon as possible.
