PEACE GARDEN

The official opening of the Peace Garden, Cluain Constance Markievicz, takes place in Easkey on Saturday, November 5 at 12.30 p. m.

DEATH

The death has taken place of Mary Duffy, Sandyford, Dublin and late of Easkey. Burial of her remains took place in Roslea Cemetry on Monday, October 17. Sympathy is extended to her family and relations.

CODING/ DIGITAL LITERACY

Computer Coding and Digital Literacy classes will be held in Easkey Community Centre on October 28 from 10 a. m. to midday. Contact Easkey House 096 49020 for details. Conversati­onal Irish classes take place on Thursday nights eight to 10 p. m.

SCOR NA NÓG

Sligo Scor na nÓg finals will take place on November 26 at 6 p. m. at a venue to be decided. Scor competitio­ns are open to all GAA club members under 17 years. Competitio­ns include solo singing, Ceili dancing, set dancing, recitation/ storytelli­ng, novelty act, music group and ballad group.

MIDTERM CAMP
