FILM NIGHT
Film Night at Ox Mountain Heritage Centre, Aclare, will not be happening in January, however will return Friday, February 9, 7 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. The film choices will have a romantic theme to get in the mood for Valentines Day. As the film night is run by volunteers, we would love some more help so if you have any time to spare to put up posters, etc call 089 2465155.
HOUSE CONCERT
Liam Stapleton and friends will perform a concert at Moy River Folk Club (Moy River B&B, Cloonacool) on Friday night, January 12, at 8 p.m. This promises to be a great night of high quality folk and traditional music and will include a few special guest appearances. PARISH MILLENNIUM DVD
Part 16 of the Kilmactigue Parish Millennium DVD focusing on the Religious Services and Events celebrated in the parish over the years 1999 and 2000 is now available. The DVD includes interesting historical facts about the four churches in the parish: Tourlestrane, Kilmactigue, Lough Talt and Banada.
