COMMUNITY ALERT

The Maugherow Community Alert Committee would like to thank everyone who attended the meeting in the Parish Hall on Wednesday, January 31. Also, thanks to guest speaker: Louise McKeever for valuable informatio­n and free goodies. After break down of annual accounts by the treasurer, funds are stable. Text alert subscripti­on is now due for a renewal, forms and collecting points are at Dunleavys Shop and Ballinfull post office, Simply fill out the form with €5 fee per year and leave it in either of two places till end of February 2018. Remember, if you see anything suspicious in the area please contact Grange Garda station at 071 9163144.

Newtownman­or Hall is available for booking, by adult groups, wishing to organise an event or training. Hall costs are €15 per hour.
