PARISH ENHANCEMEN­T

Work has been completed installing new LED lighting for the car park at Mullinabre­ena Church and all looks great. Credit to the committee for securing the grant aid for this and other upcoming projects. Plans are in place for the annual litter pick in the parish during the month of March. ST NATHY’S LADIES

All age groups will gradually be starting back over the coming weeks so if you want to play Gaelic football at any level please make contact with Louise at 087 6356679. Managers confirmed for the 2018 season are: under-10 Louise O’Donnell, under-12 Gerry Lee, under-14 Paul Lavin, under-16 Angela Doohan, and Senior John O’Hara.

BLUE KIDZ

Coolaney-Mullinabre­ena GAA Coaching continues for the under-six, under-eight and under-10 age groups in the Teeling Centre Collooney on Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. till 11 a.m. New children are always welcome to join the fun filled sessions supervised by our fully trained coaches. Registrati­on is now due for all players. Contact your relevant coach for details.

GAA LOTTO

The Coolaney-Mullinabre­ena GAA 2018 lotto tickets are available now from any committee member. This is the principal fundraiser for the day to day running of the club and your continued support is greatly appreciate­d. The jackpot stands at €5,600.

ACHONRY NS

Enrolment forms for the 2018/19 school year are now available from the school and also at both Mullinabre­ena and Achonry churches.

KILLORAN CARD DRIVE

A fundraisin­g card drive will take place in Killoran Community Centre, Coolaney on Saturday, March 3, at 9 p.m. €200 in prizes with raffle on the night. All proceeds for the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation.

25 CARDS

The 25 card game continues every Friday in St Nathy’s Hall at the new time of 8.30 p.m. for the winter.

DANCING

Social dancing continues in St Nathy’s Hall every Monday at 8 p.m. for beginners and 9 p.m. for all others. Set dancing continues every Thursday at 8.30 p.m. Newcomers always welcome.
