Fined €80 for speeding

AT Tubbercurry District Court Neill Brady was fined for speeding.

Garda Owen O’Malley said he was travelling at 141Km in a 100KM zone. Judge Kevin Kilrane said the speed was quite excessive. Mr Morgan Coleman solicitor (defending) said his client was self employed and relied on his car for work.

He had no previous convictions. The judge fined him €80.

Also at Tubbercurry District Court David Judge (25) was fined €50 for possession of cannabis worth €10.
