BRENDA Crowley is one of two Managing Partners with CMD Training Institute in Collooney, Co Sligo. She is a qualified coach, trainer, mediator and business consultant with over 25 yrs experience in various sectors. Having seen many changes in her own business over recent years, she uses her experience and understanding to help other companies overcome obstacles and implement structure and solutions which focuses on Talent Management and Engagement & Retention of employees. She has a strong passion for people and business development and drives this passion forward through building meaningful and lasting relationships with her clients.

Brenda is also a practising Career Coach and works with many clients to discover the career that’s right for them. She delivers her successful ‘Career Options’ service with a keen interest and compliments her workplace assessment with powerful 1-1 coaching sessions which leave clients focused, happy and ready for making choices. She believes job satisfaction is only possible when people are aligned with their natural skills, abilities and task preferences. Her Interview Skills preparation service helps many clients achieve the roles they want by focussing on key points of questioning and creating structure in their interview answers.
