Sligo Brownies took part in regional quiz final

MEMBERS of Moy Brownies from Co Mayo and Molaise Brownies Co Sligo competed in the regional brownie quiz in Grange recently.Two teams, of six brownies each, were put through their paces with five rounds of questions. Moy Brownies, from Ballina were the ultimate winners. They will go on to represent the NW Region at the National final in Dublin in April. Grainne McCann, Vice Chair of Brownie Branch and Molaise Brownie volunteer leader said: “The Brownies really enjoy taking part. It’s not only fun, the girls develop many different skills such as team work, good communication and collaboration.”
