Speed bumps

All speed bumps in Sligo are to be reviewed by the Roads Department of the County Council.

It’s after Cllr Sinead Maguire asked for a sur vey of all speed bumps in the town to see if they meet department criteria and check if the companies building them are following the established guidelines.

Cllr Margaret Gormley asked that the sur vey be extended to the entire county. She was supported by Cllr Joe Queenan who also tabled a motion asking the Council to put markings on ramps on Main Street Enniscrone.
