VINTAGE RUN

The annual tractor run in aid of Moylough Arts and Heritage Centre takes place on Sunday, March 18, commencing at Moylough Chruch car park at 2 p.m. Registration to commence at 1 p.m. Vintage cars, Hondas, will also be included in the run, which will travel through a wide area to include Rooskey and Charlestown. Entry costs €20. Please support. There will be light refreshments served at the finish and a raffle.

25 DRIVE

Joint winners of 25 Drive last week were James Reidy, Pádraig Brennan, and runners-up Liz Walsh, James Hyland, John Browne. Raffle winners Malachy Maher, Michael Hosey, Pierce Henry.

DEATH

The death occurred recently of Paddy Brett, Leitrim South and Rathscanlon, Tubbercurry. Sympathy is extended to his sons James, Ronan, Barry, and Fergal, daughter Breege, and their mother Nancy and sister Maura, daughers in law, grandchildren neighbours and freinds.

BAND

The Moylough NS Band can be heard practising on the Brae as they prepare to participate in St Patrick’s Day parade on Saturday, March 17.
