LOTUSWORKS has been named as one of Ireland’s Best Managed companies in the Deloitte Best Managed Companies Awards programme.

The company, which demonstrated superior business performance, was recognised at an awards gala dinner in Dublin last week.

Twenty two new companies join a requalifying network of more than 100 companies, built over a decade of the programme.

Conducted by Deloitte, the process involved an in-depth two phase assessment of Sligo based LotusWorks’ business strategy.

The company was assessed on its ability to develop strategy, demonstrate corporate strengths, excel in their marketplace, retain top talent and manage business risks. LotusWorks, is the only new company to make the list from the NorthWest region in 2018.

Fergal Broder, CEO, LotusWorks said: “This recognition is special and different, because it acknowledges the expertise of our management team and is completely independent.

“We’re delighted to be taking a place with the best managed businesses in Ireland.

“We have made outstanding business progress in the past three years as a company and we’re continuing to experience substantial growth.

“I am delighted to work with this team and we are very proud of this achievement for LotusWorks- thanks to the teams nationwide and in the US and of course our customers”.

Founded in 1989, LotusWorks was set up by CEO Fergal Broder and employed just three people, at that time.

The company now employees over 500 staff between Ireland and its US operations. Servicing the Biopharma, Medical Device, Datacentre and Semiconductor industry, LotusWorks is no stranger to big name clients and works with some of the world’s best known manufacturers.
