DESPITE the very poor weather conditions the heifer and cow trade remained strong while breeding stock reported a good clearance. The calf trade was improved with better quality calves on offer this week. Sample Prices:

180 bullocks on offer iwth bullocks making form €300 to €880 over their weight with an average of €633 over paid.

Trade and prices was maintained for the quality stores but plainer lots tended to be a little harder sold this week.
