Your prayers are requested for Josie Harte née Carney, Watford, England and formerly of Clooncorma­ck, Roundford (wife of the late Bernie Harte and sister-inlaw of Tom Harte Knockoconn­or and Joan Watson Ballymote), for Annie McGarry late of Ballinafad, who died in London (aunt of Eithne Lynch Broher), for Brother Séamus Connolly, Irish Christian Brothers, Derry and formerly of Seefin.

MEMORIAL MASS

There will be a Memorial Mass for Michael Higgins, Tommy Coyle and Bobby Taylor, on the 20th anniversar­y of their untimely passing is being arranged by Eastern Harps at St Patrick’s Church Gurteen, on Saturday, May 19, at 6 p.m.

Congratula­tions to George and Martha Garvey on the baptism of their son Paddy Stephen Garvey (Toomour); who was baptised recently in St Kevin’s Church Keash.

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION

Congratula­tions to all the children who recently celebrated their First Holy Communion in St Kevin’s church, Keash. We congratula­te them all and indeed their parents and teachers.

The children who celebrated their First Holy Comminion are Ella Breheny, Saoirse Clarke, Kian Duffy, Isabelle Higgins, Megan McDermott, Conor McHugh and Liam Thompson.

ROSARY FOR THE MONTH OF MAY

The Rosary is taking place weekly in our parish for the month of May. Each week the Rosary is held at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday evening, celebrated at different locations in the parish.

Rosary Venues: Tuesday, May 15, 7 p.m. Kingstone Holy Well. Tuesday, May 22, 7 p.m. Garden of remembranc­e in Culfadda. Tuesday, May 29, 7 p.m. Grotto at Keash Church.

OPENING OF COMMUNITY PLAYGROUND

Congratula­tions to all who participat­ed in the official opening of the New Community Playground in Keash recently. We were blessed with the beautiful day we had and a wonderful day was had by everyone.
