Property prices in Sligo increase

PROPERTY prices in Sligo have risen by €9,000 in the last three months, according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Report. The report for Q2 2018 shows that the median asking price for a property in the county now stands at €149,000. This is up €9,000 or 6.4% from the previous quarter. The asking price of a 3-bed semi-detached house jumped by 5.8% or €7,500. to €137,000.
