Launch of Shells latest cookbook

SHELLS Café owners Jane and Myles Lamberth are launching their latest cookbook today, Tuesday 10 th July.

Inspired by travel, surfing and a healthy lifestyle, the ‘Good Vibes’ Cookbook is their latest publication since becoming parents.

They are hosting the launch in Shells Café 6-8pm with live tunes, signed copies with nibbles and organic wines.

It’s jam packed with nourishing, mouth-watering recipes, including vegan and gluten-free dishes.

Fans can enjoy trying new recipes like the Super Green Smoothie, Buddha Breakfast Bowl and Ricotta Pancakes.
