Oaklawns estate

FF Cllr Rosaleen O’Grady has asked the Council to begin the process of the taking in charge of Oaklawns estate on Pearse Road.

The Council informed her that they had received a plebiscite from the residents of Oaklawns estate and will now liaise with the roads section to ensure that the infrastructure is of satisfactor y standard to start the process of taking in charge.

Cllr O’Grady said: “I welcome that. It’s been a l ong pathway to get this far.”
