There was no winner of the Ballymote lotto jackpot on July 28. Numbers drawn were 2, 9, 24 and 26. There were three match-three winners. The jackpot now stands at €4,600. The next draw will take place in Hayden’s on Saturday, August 11, Thank you for your continued support.

CLOTHES COLLECTION

The clothes collection in aid of Ballymote Community Parks/ Haiti is on-going. The dressing room is filling up nicely. Please keep the clothes coming in. The previous collection raised €730 for both the Parks and Haiti. Bags can be left at first dressing room in Brother Walfrid Park. Clothes, towels, bed linen, boots, shoes, runners, leather bags, blankets accepted. No pillows or duvets please. Thank you for your continued support.

SYMPATHY

Sympathy is extended to the family, relatives and friends of Paddy Irwin, Carrowcush­acly; Mary Martin, Carrownant­y, whose deaths occurred recently.

COLEMAN MUSIC CENTRE

Summer Music Sessions are on this Wednesday night, August 8, at 8.30 p.m. in the Coleman Music Centre, Gurteen. This is a great stage show of Irish Music, song and dance with resident musicians. Adm €12. More info call 071 9182599.

HOSPICE SHOP VOLUNTEERS

North West Hospice is appealing for volunteers to help support their new charity shop in Sligo Town centre. Volunteers are required for a variety of roles including; front-of-house, customer service, sorting of clothes and goods and labelling of items. Full training will be provided for all volunteers.
