Semi-final draws are announced

THE draws for both the Belfry Senior Football Championship and Kennedy’s Intermediate Football Championship were made at the weekend.

Tubbercurry, who topped Group One will await the victors from this Saturday’s clash between Coolaney/Mullinabreena and Calry/St. Joseph’s. (Bunninadden, 5:30pm).

While Coolera/Strandhill, who defeated St Mary’s in the first of the Quarter Finals on Sunday will be up against either Tourlestrane or St Molaise Gaels who face each other on Sunday in the last of the Quarter finals. (Bunninadden, 5pm).

Meanwhile, in the Kennedy’s Intermediate Football Championship, Castleconnor who defeated Bunninadden, play Curry who saw past last year’s runners up St Farnan’s.

The other semi final sees Shamrock Gaels taking on the winners from Ballymote and Enniscrone/ Kilglass this Satruday (Cloonacool, 5:30pm).
