SGT CONROY RETIRES
Sgt Robert Conroy will be retiring from An Garda Síochána Best wishes to Sgt Robert Conroy, who will be retiring from An Garda Síochána on Wednesday, October 10, There will be function to celebrate his career in Heraghty’s Bar on Wednesday, October 10, at 9 p.m. absolutely shocked and saddened at An Post’s decision to reject our submission. It was done five days before we sent it to Dublin, This is a brutal attack on our elderly people who have been terribly inconvenienced especially those who have no transport. The timing and design of this plan by a Semi-State body was ‘despicable’.
The above group have now stepped up their campaign as we feel that An Post’s Protocol is antiquated and subsequently needs to change.
