We are on the lookout for group leaders, whose job is to solely recruit five other members. Email mcIntyre.brian@gmail.com for more details.

PHOTOGRAPHIC HISTORY

As a result of recent community meeting one group have taken on the task of developing a history of the times past by means of a photographic display. To do this the support of the community is required. We plan to source old photos of life in our area in the past. People at work and play and day to day life as it used to be. Anyone, who has such photos are asked to consider loaning them to have copies taken after which they will be returned to owners.

The plan is to select photos that capture local lifestyle in years gone by for use in a heritage display in the village. Please contact Philomena at 087 9329873 or Julia 071 9184207 for further details or come along to the next community meeting date to be announced later.
