McSharry among event speakers
GRANGE swimmer Mona McSharry is among the stellar speakers at an upcoming event in Castlebar hosted by Castlebar RFC, Connacht Rugby, and the Mayo Sports Partnership.
The 18-yearold World Junior champion will be speaking about her incredible successes along with Connacht Head Coach Andy Friend, Mayo footballer Andy Moran, adventurist Damien Browne, Dave Howarth Head of Athletic Performance with Connacht and Colm Tucker, Connacht’s Coach Development Officer. The event is free and starts at 6:30pm on Monday, Febrary 11th in the Breaffy House Hotel in Castlebar.
The event contains a stellar lineup of speakers, and should help any coach or athlete who wants to understand how top performers optimise their performance on a consistent basis. Time permitting, there will be a Questions and Answers session to complete the night.
