PARENT/TODDLER GROUP

Our Little Buddies Parent and toddler group meets on Monday and Friday mornings from 10.30 a.m. to midday. Parents, grandparents and carers are all welcome. There is always a warm welcome with tea, coffee and refreshments provided. €3 per family.

BRIGHT MINDS

Our Bright Minds Pre-school operates from 9.15 a.m. to 12.15 p.m. and the Bright Minds School Age Care from 1.30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday, September-June. Bright Minds are providers of the ECCE and Community Childcare Subvention Schemes, offering free Preschool spaces and subsidised school age care spaces for eligible families. A limited number of spaces are still available in our pre-school. We are now taking enrolments for September, 2019. Our School Age Care is closed for mid-term break on this Thursday and Friday. Our Bright Minds pre-school is open as normal.

BOWLING

The Avalon Centre Bowling Club meets every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the centre. All are welcome-just call in on the day.

BINGO

Bingo takes place every Friday night from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. Double books cost €15, single books €10, half books €5 and single sheets €1. There is also a raffle on the night.

Sligo’s Stacey Costello, Shantelle Clarke, Jennifer Deegan, Jade Wren, Joanne McCann, Amy O’Hara, Shannon Mc Cann, Deirdre Gallagher,pictured at “Own your Own Future”, a special careers workshop held in Lough Rynn Castle, Co Leitrim for participants in eight projects that are funded through the International Fund for Ireland’s Personal Youth Development Programme (PYDP). Over 50 young women from the border counties of Cavan, Donegal, Fermanagh, Leitrim, Louth, Monaghan and Sligo attended the event.
