ACTIVE 60+ FITNESS CLASS

SFX Sports and Fitness, Rathcormac are holding a moderate intensity class for the 60+ age group every Tuesday at 11 a.m. The class will focus on mobility, flexibility, strength as we age and moderate cardio. It is also an opportunity to exercise among those of a similar age/level in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Call 087 9784628 for more details.

BENBULBEN PLAYERS

Benbulben Players are hosting another Variety Night in the Community Hall in Rathcormac on Saturday, March 2, at 8 p.m. There will be dancing, singing, monologues, skits and the first showing of our new one-act comedy play, ‘A Wolf By the Ears’ by Mattie Lennon. Directed by Paul J Nugent, this promises to be a night of laughter. €10 per adult, children under-16 free There will be tea or coffee available on the night. Please come along and support a local drama group.

SEAN NÓS

Sean nós dance classes continue every Tuesday evening in the Old School, Rathcormac. Beginners start at 7 p.m., with improvers and advanced dancers starting at 8 p.m. All very welcome. Call 086 1925988 for further details.
