KEASH ROOF FUNDRAISING UPDATE

The Fundraising Committee have made best efforts to distribute letters and donation envelopes to the houses in our parish. The people of the parish are asked to be as generous as they can be at this time as we embrace this good work. All donations are greatly appreciated, however big or small. No donation is taken for granted. It is hoped that the church in Keash will be open again by the third weekend of Advent. Thank you to John Doohan and his workmen for their excellent efforts on behalf of our church and parish. We also offer John our sincere condolences on the loss of his brother recently.

CHRISTMAS CARDS AND CALENDAR

Specialised Christmas Cards and calendar for our parish have been ordered. The Christmas Cards will cost €3 a piece and Calendars €10. There was obvious costs associated with preparing these items but we hope that people will appreciate the quality of these items.

They will be available for sale in Culfadda Church on the weekend of November 30/December 1 (at all three Masses). People are asked to support, to at very least cover cost associated with preparation. Maybe they would be nice items to send abroad at Christmas reminding people away, of home.

The annual Community Christmas Dinner will take place on Saturday, November 30, at 2 p.m. in the Foxes Den. The cost will be €15 per person. Booking can be made direct with the Foxes Den at 071 9183408. This year there will be no church gate collection but if anyone wishes to donate they may do so by contacting either Nicci or Patrick.
