HERITAGE GROUP FREE EVENT

An informal Conversati­on in the Depot on Sunday afternoon, December 1, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The topic: Shops and other Businesses in Dromahair 50 or more years ago. How did the main street look before modernisat­ion? What families had businesses in the village then? Where did they go to? What architectu­ral changes and building extensions happened?

Some local people who witnessed the changes in the commercial life of Dromahair will talk informally about their experience­s and observatio­ns. Light refreshmen­ts will be served. Come and enjoy a pleasant trip down memory lane.
