OPERATION TRANSFORMATION 2020.

a

Cloonacool GAA is running Operation Transformation for a second year starting the week of January 5. At registration each group will be weighted (confidentiality) and each group will be weighted at completion. The group with biggest weight loss will win. The classes will be structured in way that will suit all ages.

There will be a torch lit walk in Tubbercurry forest walk each Wednesday evening, as well as the popular local Sunday morning walks. We will conclude with a finale in Brennans. You can register without being part of a group if you wish as well, or we can add you to a group if you wish. This year we have added an option to just participate in the walks only, cost of this is €35 for the seven weeks.

Registration is on Sunday, January 5, in Cloonacool Community Park. Cost is €70 for the seven weeks, this will include two classes (Tuesday and Saturday) in the community centre each week. There are two slots on Tuesdays (6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.) and Saturdays (9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.). Sunday morning walks are planned to be at 11.30 a.m., and torch lit walk will be Wednesday evening (time to be confined yet).

Contact Brian McIntyre (087 2705372) if you would like to enter a group or need more info. It was a huge success and very enjoyable outing last year. It promises to be a great social event with already a big numbers assigned into groups.
