DNG Flanagan Ford continue to achieve results in the midst of Covid-19

DNG Flanagan Ford announced via their social media channels and their website the closure of their office on Monday 16 th March. Similar to many other businesses in Sligo and around the country, they felt compelled to do so in the wake of the Covid-19 situation, in order to protect their staff & clients. However, there has been no drop in service as even though the front door of Shell House is closed, the business remains firmly open.

Shane Flanagan, Director, commented ‘As a successful and well establishe­d firm, we are continuous­ly looking at any potential threat to business in an effort to be ever ready to put in place systems and operations to keep our business performing in challengin­g times. The current Covid-19 situation is no different. Prior to announcing that the door of our office was to close, we already had in place remote access for our staff, cloud based CRM systems & a host of other systems that allowed an almost seamless transition to the ‘new normal’ work environmen­t. I would like to commend our IT specialist­s Compupac at this stage for the excellent service which they provided to us for this remote set up & for their ongoing support & expertise.’

‘All of our staff are continuing to work full time hours, providing a service second to none to our clients & this service is what our reputation is based upon. As a result, although these are extremely challengin­g times, we have recorded some very good activity since our announceme­nt to close our doors. At the time of going to press, we have Sale Agreed 5 properties for our vendors; we have Completed Sales on 4 other properties for our vendors; we have launched New To The Market 6 properties for our vendors; & we continue to negotiate on other properties with bidders & vendors.’
