EASKEY AND RATHLEE PARISH

Mass will be broadcast Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning at 9 a.m., Saturday morning at 10 a.m., Saturday vigil at 8 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. on the webcam. Click on the link churchtv. ie, and click on Easkey church. Rosary at midday every day is also broadcast.

All Services are now aired daily on 106.3FM at 9 a.m. Mass will be broadcaste­d to all radios in the parish and surroundin­g areas, on a frequency of 106.3FM Please note the new frequency, slightly changed. All Masses and midday Rosary and Holy hour, will be broadcast on the new radio channel every day.

HELPLINE CONTACT NUMBER

The Easkey Helpline contact number is 087 2791427 This is a group of local residents who have come together to offer any help needed to the self isolating and vulnerable people in the parish. Just ring the helpline number and we can explain how it works especially if you need shopping collected and delivered from our local shops or medicines collected from the chemist. This is a free service available to everyone.

COMMUNITY RESPONSE GROUP

A community response group is being set up for the area covering the Dromore West/Templeboy in conjunctio­n with various local businesses and services in the area to help those who are most vulnerable and those who are self-isolating during this time.

If anyone in the Skreen-Dromard/Beltra area needs any help with groceries or any sort of collection­s feel free to contact St Patrick’s GAA secretary Úna at 087 7665167.

Úna will try her best to help you or your neighbour/family member out.

SOCIAL WELFARE PAYMENTS

social welfare payments will be available for collection at the post office for up to 90 Days after the payment day. Any welfare payment customer affected by #COVID19, self-isolating or cocooning, may nominate a temporary agent to collect their payment. The form is available at all post offices and online at bit. ly/33UclfE.

EASKEY MEALS ON WHEELS

Anybody that wishes to avail of a meal delivered to their door in this difficult time at a cost of €5.Contact 087 6186866.

DEATH

The death has taken place of Margaret Kilgannon (Rita), Ballinahow­na, Dromore West. Predecease­d by her husband Michael, daughters Kathleen and Marion. Much loved mother of Brendan, Tommy, Padraic, Patsy and Christina, sister Annie Kate, grandchild­ren, great-grandchild­ren, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, relatives, friends and neighbours A memorial Mass to celebrate Margaret’s life will take place at a later date.
