RETURN OF PUBLIC MASS – VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

It is hoped that churches will reopen for public Mass on Monday, June 29. In order to ensure the safety of all worshippers and in compliance with Government regulations, we will need volunteers to help with ushering and environmental cleaning at weekend Masses in all the churches in the parish. Unfortunately numbers attending will be restricted.

In order to assist people getting back to worship, Mass will be celebrated in each church in the parish for the weekends of July. If you are planning to attend any of these Masses and would be willing to assist in any of these roles please contact Fr John Phair at 087 7528378.

The proposed schedule of weekend Masses in Kinlough Glenade Parish for July is Saturday 7 p.m. Kinlough, 8.15 p.m. Tullaghan. Sunday 9 a.m. Ballintrillick, 10 a.m. Glenade, 11 a.m. Kinlough. We will return to our regular Mass schedule as and from Saturday, August 1. 7pm beginning on Saturday 4th July.

The Sunday Mass will be at 11.30am. The sanitising may require closing the church for a short period of time after each Mass. The wearing of face masks by individuals is recommended. Signage will be in place reminding us of Social Distancing requirements etc and sanitisers will be available at the doors of the church.

Sincere thanks to Ophardt for their help in this regard. You are asked to use the Sanitizer gel when entering and leaving the church. It may also be helpful if people carry their own sanitizers and ensure using them when leaving and entering church. Please spread the word. Thank you.
