Feel Good 5k training podcast to help people improve fitness in 2021

IF you’re planning on exercising to improve your health and fitness as you move into 2021, Sligo Sport and Recreation Partnershi­p’s (SSRP) Feel Good 5K training Podcast will help you to get there.

Walking, jogging and running are all proven to have numerous health benefits, from improving your general fitness and well-being to reducing your risks of chronic disease; and here’s the great thing, all these benefits can be achieved with just 30 minutes of physical activity 5 times a week.

The SSRP Feel Good 5K training podcasts, each 30 minutes in length, will provide you with a guided support plan to help you work towards meeting these guidelines in a safe and fun way.

With three 30 minute sessions a week for 6 weeks, and suitable for beginners or anyone wishing to increase their physical activity level, the SSRP Feel Good 5K podcasts and training plans are the ideal way to start moving more.

We can all feel the fulfilment that comes with increasing our activity levels so why not focus on SSRP Feel Good 5K as a new beginning approaches.

You’ll be optimising your health, you’ll feel better, its free, and 5k is a distance that is achievable and sustainabl­e as you move towards a healthier you.
