4. Women and Whiskey

With new life being breathed into the Irish whiskey scene, this month sees a special evening showcasing distilleries where the work of women is very much to the fore. On Wednesday March 11th, Seáneen Sullivan, distinguished Mistress of Malt at L Mulligans Grocer, moderates a spirited panel discussion featuring whiskey luminaries Caroline Martin, Master Distiller at Roe & Co.; Vathouse Technician Bronagh Kelly of Midleton Distillery and Tracey Flinter, pictured, General Manager at Pearse Lyons Distillery. Imbibe a whiskey cocktail and savour a selection of their favourites, as they discuss marrying a love of whiskey with navigating a career in the industry.
