CLEAN-UP MONTH

The local An Taisce committee (in charge of clean-up month held in April) wish to thank most sincerely all those from the parish who came out and helped with the task in hand, cleaning up rubbish and unwanted items from the lanes and roads around the parish.

The village and surrounding townlands are looking great right now and with everyones help, lets try and keep it that way. Refrain from throwing rubbish out of car windows, take it home and put in a recycle bin. If only this event could become a more regular occurance, then perhaps we could see an end to having bags of rubbish dumped in ditches and gateways.

Registration will take place at 11 a.m. Please give the girls your support.
