FILMMAKING WORKSHOPS

County Wexford Youth Film Project is hosting a series of summer filmmaking workshops in New Ross. These are open and free to all teenagers and start with a workshop on how to create a music video. This four-day workshop starts on Tuesday July 12 and runs through to Friday July 15 from 10am– 3.30pm each day and will be facilitated by local filmmaker Therese Dalton.

Learn how to film a music video, using professional camera equipment and edit to the sound of the beat. Particular attention is paid to colour, light and shapes in our daily lives. Participants will visually engage with our surroundings and discover how movement can seamlessly lead us from one shot to another.
