GRAVEYARD IMPROVEMENTS
A few months ago Wexford County Council was approached with reference to the new graveyard in Glenbrien. As many of you are aware, the new graveyard regularly floods. As well as this, the footpath up through the graveyard was very unsteady underfoot and almost impossible for someone to push a wheelchair or child’s pram through it. In the past few weeks, some drainage work has been completed in the graveyard. The main pathway up through the graveyard has also been resurfaced. This has been a major improvement and it is now much steadier underfoot. We would like to thank everyone who helped to get this work done especially the Enniscorthy Local Engineer and local councillor Paddy Kavanagh. Thank you.
