TIDY TOWNS
Blackwater Tidy Towns will hold work meetings this September on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10 a.m. Meet on the bridge as usual. Volunteers from all age groups are welcome to become involved in keeping Blackwater tidy. This year’s National Tidy Towns results will be announced on Monday, September 26.

The very best of luck to the Blackwater Macra’s crew getting ready to strike it lucky at the annual county bowling night where clubs will battle it out to win the first county title of the 2016-2017 year winners will then go forward to represent Wexford at the national finals next month.
Blackwater Macra is a rural organisation for young people between the ages of 17-35 who are interested in getting involved in all sorts such as sports, travel, drama, debating, charity fundraisers to social events and much more.
We have kayaking and many other sports and social events coming up on the jam-packed calendar. Membership benefits include 15% off car insurance for young drivers, €50 FBD discount Voucher, 10% discount on selected Ballymaloe Cookery School courses and much more.
