CARING for a person full time at home can be worrying for the family, but at Sharing The Care we can help relieve that worry through the provision of expert care when you and your family need it most.

Sharing The Care is Wexford’s longest established most affordable home care service offering the most comprehensive in-home care available throughout the county. Having recognised the need for a professional home care service in Wexford, Sharon Bolger, RGN, has built her team of qualified and experienced nurses and home carers.

All nurses are registered with An Bord Altranais, all staff are Garda vetted and have completed required courses. Whether you need some help with basic housekeeping, a carer or the medical assistance of a nurse we will be able to cater for your needs. The continuity of care we provide is a major part of our patient centred approach to care.

We are able to help the patient with all activities of daily living, encouraging independence where possible and assistance, guidance and supervision when activities are too difficult to be managed alone.

We respect a person’s wish to remain in their own home when they need more assistance. We can provide both short and long term care, from a couple of hours a week to 24-hour care. Nurse Manager, Sharon Bolger, calls to each person to assess their individual needs and to discuss options of care with the patient and their family.

Sharing the care have joined forces with two other Wexford Companies, Guardian Fire & Security to raise awareness of fire safety and the importance for smoke alarms etc.
