Budding Wexford filmmakers’ movies to be screened in Dublin
YOUNG Wexford filmmakers will be hitting the big screen next week when their highly imaginative short films will be screened at the Irish Film Institute in Dublin.
Four films created by participants of the County Wexford Youth Film Project have been selected for screening in the Leinster and Dublin heat of the Fresh Film Festival which takes place on Wednesday, March 8.
One of the films includes a short documentary about St Mary’s Church in New Ross.
The other films are ‘Wet Wednesday’, Black Hat’ and ‘Image. Is it Real?’

These free workshops - which are open to teenagers from across County Wexford - are great ways for teenagers to learn about film in a stimulating, encouraging environment - where friends are made.
